Soixante-cinq est une absinthe élaborée selon une recette historique Française. Les différentes plantes qui entrent dans sa composition sont distillées dans un alcool de vin. Ce distillat est ensuite infusé dans une sélection de plantes pour donner à l'absinthe une couleur verte naturelle et affiner ses arômes délicats.
